its International office (Pebon International)
in South Africa worked in concert with Zenith
Bank Plc, a major Nigerian Bank to facilitate
and secure a foreign technical partnership deal which led
to the birth of a major subsidiary – Zenith
Pension Fund Custody Ltd – a leading
player in the Financial Services Industry. Also in 2007,
Pebon began work on a US$1.1million Security/Armoring
Technology project belonging to the Central Bank
of Nigeria. By the end of 2007/8, the management
declared it's intention to extend it services to include
oil and gas services by focusing firstly on procurement and
logistics and then later to EPC. A division under the company
has since been set up to manage the operations and to provide
solutions to both energy and environmental issues that would
be raised.
Building on the above declaration and more than 13 years
of experience, Pebon has been working with a renewed management
vision to earn the trust of clients and shareholders not
only in terms of technology deployment, but also in terms
of human resources and management. To establish a solid corporate
standing, all employees are working in concert to implement
its new management vision. As a result, Pebon achieved a
reputation as one of the world's most trusted dealer of advanced
technology in the field Banking, Security and Oil and Gas.
Today, global demand is expanding for technology in Banking,
Security, Natural gas and other forms of clean, environmentally
friendly energy. Pebon is meeting such social needs by participating
in projects throughout the value chain. To Banks, these projects
range from hardware supply to provision of Armor Cash-In-Transit
Vehicles, Surveillance or CCTV cameras and setting up of
a comand and control centre to monitor activities within
the Bank. To government or government agencies, these project
could include provision of security technology solutions
covering offices, premises, streets and highway and to oil
and gas companies, projects could range from deploying advance
technologies and arranging of finance for expansion of gas
processing facilities and natural gas liquefaction plants
to liquefied natural gas (LNG) receiving terminals as well
as gas-to-liquid (GTL) plants and facilities for producing
chemical products from natural gas. Moreover, in the petroleum

division, Pebon energy division is collaborating with its
foreign partners to raise refinery competitiveness through
construction of modular refineries, finance for expansions
and upgrades in areas including enhanced processing of various
distillates, heavy oil processing, petrochemical production
facilities, and large-scale programs. In addition, we continue
to emphasize environmentally-friendly projects, centered
on using original technology that our partners have developed
to process exhaust gas and waste water.
Given these circumstances, we anticipate even greater demand
for our extensive services and project execution capabilities.
Pebon intends to further raise corporate value under the
key theme: "Your Partner for Success."
